Handcrafted with love and care, these family felt ornaments are the perfect addition to your Christmas tree. With five different color palettes and multiple-choice add-ons, these holiday gifts are curated to fit all of your desires for a beautiful family memory.
Specifications:
Includes: A house + 1-2 people (adults, kids, babies) and your choice of color palette. **DOES NOT INCLUDE CHRISTMAS TREE, LIGHTS or “2021” CUSTOM EMBROIDERY**
If you desire to add more than TWO people you may add up to two children plus a baby with the purchase of customizable add-ons for $4.50 each. (For example, if you would like 2 adults + 2 children and a baby on your ornament, your base ornament would include 2 adults and you would select +3 add-ons to include the two children and the baby.)

CUSTOM ORDER INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Choose your customizations - You may add up to 7 additional items within the drop down menu. ** Depending upon the number + type of add-ons you select, some people and/or pets may need to be placed on both sides of the house. **
2. Fill out your form - After you have selected the option of your choice from the above drop down, and add the item to your cart, you will be prompted to fill out a form to select your color palette and descriptions.
3. Upload Photos - Please upload a photo of the people to be featured on the ornament. Try to include photos without hats or head coverings unless you want those items included. While there is option of multiple photos, please only send one photo unless certain people or pets are not included in the photo. The additional photo option is for you to add a person or pet that is not included in the family photo, but you desire them to be on the ornament, or to clarify how a person(s) appearance has changed. Only send one photo of each additional person or pet.
4. Please be specific - please make sure we know exactly how to craft your ornament by being detailed in your description. Mentioning details such as curly hair, or brown framed glasses, or specific hair coloring is always helpful.
**At this time we cannot accommodate custom lettering other that the addition of the year.**
**Please allow 10-14 days for ornaments to be made and shipped at the earliest, but most orders are made within a month’s (30 days) time of the original order and shipped at the soonest next business day. EARLY orders are now being received.**
